One of the ways in which IWF Ireland helps fosters the next generation of women in leadership is through mentoring. IWF Ireland is a mentoring resource which is available to support and encourage emerging women leaders, across our society. We provide mentoring on a woman to woman basis and our IWF mentors also support mentoring programmes by providing workshops, speaking engagements and seminars on women in leadership.
